Valentine's Party
Our Valentine's Party was in conjunction with  the relationship/dating book, CAD, The Confessions of a Toxic Bachelor by Rick Marin. Rick Marin is a writer for the NY Times Style section and a reformed Toxic Bachelor! His book has been optioned by Miramax Films. Rick and his wife Ilene Rosensweig were on hand to share toxic bachelor stories and to sign copies of his book. The event was sponsored by Turi vodka and we were pouring "Valentini's" all evening!  view photos

Miss Match Screening Party
Samantha Daniels was the real life inspiration and Co-producer of the hit NBC dramedy, Miss Match.  Miss Match was produced by Darren Star Productions, Imagine Television and Twentieth Century Fox Television and starred Alicia Silverstone whose character Kate Fox was inspired by Daniels' life.  Miss Match also starred Ryan O'Neal, Lake Bell, David Conrad, and James Roday.  View photos from the screening party.

"Beach Party", Hamptons
We hosted an all day "beach party" in Bridgehampton except it was not on the real beach, it was on our beach! We intended to bring the beach to us-- swimming, hottubbing, frisbee, volleyball, barbeque, suntanning and music. Unfortunately we got rained out and the party had to be brought indoors but we still managed to have a barbeque, an ice cream truck, a dj and dancing all day and into the night. We discovered that you don't need sun or sand to still have fun!  view photos

EBAY Theatre Event,
EBAY sponsored the Samantha's Table holiday party at Ars Nova, the off Broadway theatre company. The event started with a performance by Marcie and Zina, very well-known musical performers who sing and satire relationships, breakups and dating (very appropos for this group!). Then after the performance, we headed upstairs for a cocktail party and dessert where EBAY representatives were on hand to teach those in attendance how to shop on EBAY. We had many computer terminals set up and everyone was given a gift certificate to use to shop on EBAY so that they could go home with a little holiday gift!  view photos

"Key to My Heart" Valentine's Day Party
People always say that the best way of meeting people is through friends. Samantha's Table is predicated upon the theory that people who have many things in common have a better chance of having a successful relationship. The Valentine's Day Party supported this notion by bringing together friends and friends of friends who were all connected in some way to each other and as a result had many similarities. In addition, people attended with a platonic opposite sex friend, so that everyone could meet each other's friends and that that there would be an equal number of men and women in attendance. Upon entrance, each man was given a key and each woman a lock, and then you had to try to discover who had "the key to your heart". The event took place at Dylan's Candy Bar and the sponsors were Moet & Chandon Champagne, Sterling Vodka and Original Sin Cider. A portion of the proceeds went to Breast Cancer research. We had over 30 couples find their "lock and key" match!

Holiday Party
The Holiday Party was a huge success! All those that attended had a great time. Just take a look at some of the pictures from the party.  view photos

Halloween
Our Third Annual Halloween event took place on Columbus Ave on the West Side. We co-hosted this event with Manhattan File Magazine. Smirnoff provided the Twistinis and Moet & Chandon provided the "Bubbling for Apples" Champagne Cocktails. The party benefited the Sept 11 Fund. Costumes were required and there were some great ones!  view photos

Wall Street Party,
Our "Most Eligible Bachelor and Bachelorettes on Wall Street" event took place  at ABC Carpet & Home. Grey Goose Vodka provided the "Wall Streetinis" and "P/E Ratinis" and Best Cellars provided the wine selection. The tasty hors-d'oeuvres were provided by Douglas Rodriguez of Pipa and Chicama Restaurants. The party benefited Breast Cancer Research.  view photos

Testimonials
"It took me awhile to finally take the plunge and sign up for the service. I was really nervous that all the women would think I was a loser for using a Matchmaker. However, Samantha made all the women understand that I use the service because I am just so busy at work. The women didn't have a problem with it at all; as it turned out they were really excited for our date."
